Arrival
Punctuality is appreciated for your scheduled appointment in Largo. To accommodate both you and our next client, we adhere strictly to the allocated time for your skin care treatment. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of your session time, and the full price of the booked services will still apply.
Reservations
All appointments require a credit card for confirmation. Your booking reserves dedicated time with your esthetician to cater to your specific needs and concerns. To ensure optimal service, plan and schedule your appointment in advance, aligning it with your busy schedule.
Cancellation Policies and Fees
Recognizing the occasional need to reschedule, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to our spa’s scheduling policies. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling is crucial. This allows us to compensate our staff for their time, optimize our availability for you and others, and offer the vacant time to another client.
Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee, and no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. For certain services, a credit card may be required at the time of booking.
